The 2024 International Conference on Educational Information Technology, Scientific Advances and Management (TSAM 2024) will be held in Frankfurt-Germany, July 28-30, 2024. TSAM 2024 will explore concepts and experimental results for all experts, researchers, and innovators in engineering technology, scientific progress, information technology applications, and artificial intelligence from around the world, including scientists, engineers, educators, industry, academia, and government agencies. This meeting will discuss some of the more relevant and advanced issues and themes covered by engineering technology, science and progress, modern informatization and applications. TSAM 2024 Will be around "information technology, intelligent education, scientific progress research and management" and the latest research areas, for scholars, engineers and industry experts and scholars, engineering and development personnel to provide a Shared research and cutting-edge technology, understand the academic development trend, broaden the research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, promote the industrialization of academic achievements cooperation platform. The conference sincerely invites experts from universities, research institutions, scholars, business professionals and other related personnel to attend the conference. After the review process, all invited and submitted papers will be reviewed by two experts from PC. After careful review, all accepted papers will be published in the Modern Management Science & Engineering and submitted to CPCI for retrieval by CNKI.

All papers submitted to this conference will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two members or reviewers of the International Planning Commission (IPC). Acceptance will mainly be based on originality, importance, technical rationality, demonstrations, and references. The chairman of the meeting makes a final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper.
